Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of core platform features from discovery to launch.
- Conduct deep-dive user research to identify pain points and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Engineering, Design, and Data Science squads to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure feature success and business impact.
- Own the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on business value and user urgency.
- Communicate roadmaps and strategic vision to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of shipping complex software products that scale.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to discuss architecture and API requirements with engineers.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or SQL.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience in stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
