Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features, from discovery and roadmap planning to execution and go-to-market.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and customer pain points.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to craft seamless, user-centric interfaces that drive retention.
- Prioritize the product backlog effectively, balancing immediate customer needs with long-term strategic growth.
- Partner with engineering teams to lead agile sprints, ensuring high-quality, scalable code delivery.
- Define, track, and report on key product KPIs to leadership, iterating based on data-driven insights.
- Serve as the product evangelist, cross-functionally aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of shipping complex features that significantly increased user adoption or ARR.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker.
- Strong technical literacy; ability to communicate effectively with backend and frontend engineers.
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies and familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
