Responsibilities
- Define and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for core platform features, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
- Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, development, to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify pain points and unmet needs.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization (sales, marketing, customer success, executive leadership) to ensure alignment and successful go-to-market strategies.
- Utilize data analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to inform product decisions and measure success metrics.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the product team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years focused on B2B SaaS platform or API products.
- Proven track record of defining and launching successful products that have driven significant business impact.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working within a fast-paced development environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage in detailed discussions with engineering teams about architecture and technical trade-offs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard) and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and articulate product value propositions clearly.
