Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch for flagship analytics platform
- Develop data-driven roadmaps aligning with revenue targets and customer needs
- Lead cross-functional agile ceremonies with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
- Define KPIs and success metrics for product launches and iterations
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to refine GTM strategies
- Mentor junior PMs and drive product excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years product management experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record launching complex data/analytics products
- Mastery of agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks
- Expertise in user research, prototyping, and A/B testing
- Strong technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Experience with SQL, analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude), and data visualization
- Exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
