Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap through market research and competitive analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver high-impact features
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to validate product hypotheses
- Manage product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
- Present product strategy to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to address user needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to translate complex requirements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in technical/business field preferred
- Experience with AI/ML product features highly desirable
