Nexus Innovations is seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our flagship SaaS platform. Based in our London office, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional value to our global customer base. You will act as the bridge between our customers, engineering, design, and executive leadership to build products that matter.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through to launch, iteration, and scaling.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Conduct deep-dive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to validate assumptions and uncover pain points.
- Drive data-driven decision-making using analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics) to measure success and iterate on product performance.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on ROI and user impact, and ensure the engineering team has clear requirements.
- Act as the primary advocate for the customer voice within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the B2B SaaS or Fintech sector.
- Proven track record of launching successful products or major features in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or Productboard.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with SQL or data visualization platforms is a strong plus.
