Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to build high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Conduct market research and user interviews to identify opportunities and validate assumptions.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure agile development processes.
- Present product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the Fintech or SaaS sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Google Analytics) to drive decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
