Responsibilities
- Define Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap for key product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between technical teams, sales, and executive leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Product Lifecycle: Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and research through to launch, iteration, and retirement.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize features, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead agile ceremonies, facilitate sprint planning, and remove blockers to ensure high delivery velocity.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and user research to identify gaps and new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the B2B SaaS or Fintech sectors.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), APIs, and technical architecture.
- Analytics: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to derive actionable insights.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Agile: Demonstrated experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
