Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize user acquisition.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, identifying and integrating emerging technologies into our stack.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data visualization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, specifically Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience deploying models into production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and natural language processing (NLP) is a major plus.
