We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of financial technology solutions at NovaFin Tech. In this pivotal role, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our flagship B2B payment platform. Responsibilities
- Define Product Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap, translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Roadmap Execution: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to delivery and post-launch analysis.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality delivery.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and market research to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and measure product success metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders to manage expectations and secure buy-in.
- User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach, conducting user research and usability testing to ensure our products are intuitive and delightful.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Fintech, SaaS, or Payments industry.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and API integrations.
- Analytics: Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools to drive product decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring team members and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
