What You Will Do
As the Senior Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed market expectations.
Responsibilities
- Define Product Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap for our fintech platform, translating complex business requirements into actionable product features.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive product development and ensure timely delivery.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics, user feedback, and market research to prioritize features and measure the success of product launches.
- User-Centric Design: Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, seamless user experiences that solve real customer pain points.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in the Fintech or SaaS industry.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and technical architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in SQL, A/B testing frameworks, and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Productboard, Confluence).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
