What You Will Do:

Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our core fintech platforms, aligning them with business goals.
- Lead the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market research, user feedback, and business value.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure the successful execution of product features.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Drive the product launch process, including go-to-market strategy, user training, and post-launch analysis.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress through regular demos and reports.
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven experiments to optimize product performance and user engagement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the Fintech, SaaS, or Payments industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products from concept to market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive product decisions.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Expert knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a focus on iterative development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
