Responsibilities
- Define Product Vision: Own the product roadmap and strategy for our core fintech suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog, write clear user stories, and manage the release cycle to ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA) and external partners.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for product innovation.
- Metrics & Analytics: Define KPIs, track product performance, and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve features.
- Roadmap Execution: Lead sprint planning sessions, facilitate stand-ups, and ensure the development team is aligned on priorities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Fintech, SaaS, or Banking sectors.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience working with technical teams and a basic understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Tools: Proficiency in using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha!
