The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle for our core fintech suite. You will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business objectives, ensuring our products deliver measurable value to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to delivery, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales) to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions, conduct A/B testing, and measure success metrics (KPIs).
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the fintech space.
- Go-to-Market: Work closely with the marketing team to develop launch strategies and ensure successful product adoption.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within Fintech, SaaS, or B2B payment solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Background: Strong technical fluency; ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand system architecture.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience in iterative development cycles.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Tools: Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and SQL for data analysis.
