Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced security architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
- Lead penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and incident response initiatives
- Develop automation solutions for security monitoring and threat detection
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct security awareness training
- Stay ahead of emerging threats through research and threat intelligence analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security architecture roles
- Certified CISSP, OSCP, or CISM required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization security
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and SIEM tools
- Demonstrated experience with zero-trust frameworks and NIST compliance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
