Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
- Lead automated testing initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Document defects with precision in JIRA and collaborate with developers for rapid resolution
- Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing activities based on business impact
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for quality assurance
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Validate compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 security standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with 2+ years in cybersecurity or fintech
- Expert proficiency in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test case management tools
- Familiarity with security testing principles (OWASP, penetration testing basics)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
