Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our core enterprise platform, from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Define, measure, and analyze key product performance metrics (KPIs) to steer development and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI design, sales, and marketing to build and launch market-leading features.
- Conduct deep user research and competitive analysis to uncover market opportunities and translate them into a high-impact roadmap.
- Author detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria in an agile environment.
- Act as the primary product evangelist, aligning executive leadership and key stakeholders around the product vision.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically managing B2B SaaS or complex cloud platforms.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling technical API or platform-based products from 0 to 1.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar modern analytics suites.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
