Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs and validate product concepts.
- Translate complex business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, marketing) through the entire product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value, managing a dynamic backlog effectively.
- Communicate product updates, performance metrics, and strategic direction clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement and achieve key KPIs.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify new product opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; MBA or Master's a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products or platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex software products from conception to market.
- Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, data science workflows, and experience working with data scientists and engineers.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex data, and make data-driven product decisions.
- Experience with B2B SaaS product management is highly desirable.
