Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year product roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term vision and market demands.
- Lead cross-functional squads of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality features in an agile environment.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and white-space opportunities.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to measure product performance and iterate based on user feedback and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop high-conversion go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Manage executive stakeholders by providing transparent updates on product progress, risks, and strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS or AI/ML domains.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling high-growth digital products from 0 to 1.
- Strong technical literacy with the ability to discuss architectural trade-offs with senior engineering leads.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL, Mixpanel, or similar product analytics tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes startup environment or a top-tier technology firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a significant plus.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to influence without formal authority across all levels of the organization.
