Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key AI and growth initiatives, aligning with company objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
- Translate complex business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.
- Drive product launch activities, including go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze product performance, user feedback, and market data to inform product iterations and future development.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product management best practices within the organization.
- Present product strategies, roadmaps, and key metrics to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master's a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching successful software products.
- Demonstrated experience with AI/ML-driven products or significant growth-focused initiatives.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and engage with engineering teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Figma).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, capable of using data to inform product decisions.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
