Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI & Data Platform products, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback synthesis to identify unmet needs and new opportunities.
- Translate complex business requirements and user needs into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, utilizing data-driven insights to inform future product development and optimizations.
- Evangelize product capabilities internally and externally, providing thought leadership and contributing to go-to-market strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; MBA or Master's a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive product management experience, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, data platforms, or complex SaaS products.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product strategies and roadmaps in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and using metrics to drive product decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful technical products from conception to market.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable.
