Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for enterprise analytics platform, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and GTM strategy
- Analyze user behavior data and market research to identify opportunities and validate product hypotheses
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and delivery excellence
- Develop KPIs and success metrics, regularly reporting progress to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior PMs and facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive alignment
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging technologies for product differentiation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with proven track record of launching enterprise products
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks (Jobs-to-be-Done, RICE scoring)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with AI/ML product development and A/B testing methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate vision to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Figma, Amplitude, Looker)
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
