Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core platform.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product increments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Gather, prioritize, and translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert and product evangelist for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS or B2B technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Productboard.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
