Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for our core platform features.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and detailed technical specifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Lead data-driven decision-making processes by leveraging user research, A/B testing, and market analytics.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement optimizations to drive user adoption and retention.
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle from ideation and MVP launch to scaling and sunsetting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- Proven track record of shipping successful products from conception to market.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows.
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related analytical field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
