Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and strategy to execution and launch.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and market analysis to identify untapped growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI design teams to craft intuitive, high-converting product experiences.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and ROI.
- Lead cross-functional sprints, ensuring seamless alignment between engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
- Champion a customer-centric culture by synthesizing user feedback into actionable product requirements.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives that maximize business value and user impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Amplitude.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Technical fluency to effectively challenge and support engineering decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
