Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams through agile development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features
- Conduct deep market research and user interviews to identify unmet needs and competitive opportunities
- Analyze complex data sets to prioritize features, measure success metrics, and drive product iterations

Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience with SaaS fintech or B2B technology products
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable business impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies, product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude), and A/B testing frameworks
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical feasibility with user needs and business goals
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
