Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle strategy from ideation to launch for core fintech platform
- Conduct deep market analysis and user research to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
- Define product roadmap with prioritized features aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure product success and iterate based on data
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure sprint alignment with strategic vision
- Represent product vision to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 8+ years product management experience with 3+ years in fintech or SaaS
- Proven track record launching successful consumer or B2B products with measurable impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration in product development
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- MBA or advanced degree in technical/business field preferred
- Experience scaling products from Series A to growth stage
