Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features using data-driven insights and market analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams through agile development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and product gaps
- Develop detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clear success metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product vision with business objectives and customer needs
- Monitor product performance through KPIs and implement data-driven optimization strategies
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2C technology products
- Proven track record of launching successful SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in agile methodologies, JIRA, and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial modeling and P&L management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading remote teams and collaborating with global stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating product impact and strategic decision-making
