Responsibilities
- Define & Communicate Vision: Articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market trends.
- Roadmap Management: Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics, A/B testing, and market research to validate hypotheses and drive product iterations.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with sales and customer success to define launch plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market messaging.
- User Advocacy: Champion the voice of the customer, conducting deep-dive user interviews and usability testing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and technical architecture.
- Analytics: Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, or similar analytics tools to interpret data.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
