Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features using data-driven insights and user research
- Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing)
- Develop detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex features
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with analytics team to track KPIs and measure product success
- Present product vision and progress to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior PMs and foster product excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2C SaaS or fintech
- Proven track record of launching successful mobile-first products
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency and A/B testing experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
