Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution for our core platform.
- Conduct deep-dive customer research and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and feature gaps.
- Collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile environment to prioritize backlogs and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Synthesize complex data from user behavior analytics to inform data-driven product decisions.
- Own the communication of product roadmap and vision to internal stakeholders and key enterprise customers.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track product health and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior product managers and help foster a culture of excellence within the Product organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the B2B SaaS or Data Analytics space.
- Demonstrated ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable, technical product requirements.
- Proven track record of managing successful product launches from conception to scale.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams and managing trade-offs in an fast-paced startup environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
