Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization
- Conduct user research and data analysis to identify unmet needs
- Develop and maintain prioritized product roadmaps using agile methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure product success and user adoption
- Present product insights to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or fintech
- Proven track record of launching successful B2B products
- Expertise in agile development, user story mapping, and product analytics
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in A/B testing and experimentation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field preferred
- Experience mentoring junior product managers
