Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmap through agile methodologies, prioritizing features based on market analysis and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-impact features on schedule
- Conduct deep user research and market analysis to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clear success metrics
- Analyze product performance data using SQL, A/B testing, and cohort analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to align product strategy with company vision and investor expectations
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision making
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in agile methodologies and modern product development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with fintech or regulated industries preferred
- MS/MBA from top-tier institution or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio showcasing product launches with measurable business impact
