Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with market trends and company objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify unmet customer needs
- Develop KPI frameworks and analytics dashboards to measure product success
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize technical debt and feature development
- Present product vision and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior PMs and drive product excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Proven track record of launching data-driven products achieving 30%+ YoY growth
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product analytics tools
- Strong background in AI/ML product development and API ecosystems
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful product pivots and scaling initiatives
- Certification in product management (e.g., CPM, PMP) preferred
