Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize features and deliver high-impact solutions
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze product performance metrics to drive data-informed iterations
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to position and launch new features
- Maintain stakeholder alignment through regular communication and presentations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products
- Proven track record of launching successful products in competitive markets
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Aha!)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience with A/B testing and product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
