Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
- Conduct user research and data analysis to identify market opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
- Present product vision and progress to executive stakeholders and investors

Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable impact
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, product discovery, and user-centered design
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with A/B testing, product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- MS/MBA or equivalent technical/business education preferred
