Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy and market opportunities
- Lead end-to-end product development using Agile methodologies and Jira
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform decisions
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize features and drive execution
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure product performance and user engagement
- Present product insights and progress to executive stakeholders and leadership team
- Manage product launches, including go-to-market strategy and post-launch optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable impact
- Expertise in user research, data analysis (SQL, Amplitude), and A/B testing
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with product lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard)
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
