Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with company growth objectives and market trends
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure product success and user engagement
- Lead agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution
- Present product strategy and results to executive leadership and board members
- Manage product lifecycle including prioritization, launch planning, and post-launch optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with enterprise SaaS platforms
- Proven track record of launching successful B2B products with measurable business impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong technical background with ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Experience with AI/ML product development preferred
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating product strategy execution and measurable outcomes
