Responsibilities
- Define Product Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap, translating complex business goals into actionable product roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and alignment.
- User-Centric Design: Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and gather feedback to inform product features and improvements that enhance the user experience.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and KPIs to measure product performance, iterate on features based on data insights, and drive continuous optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product updates and strategies to stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and securing buy-in.
- Agile Methodology: Manage the product development lifecycle using Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching successful products in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and technical architecture.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
