Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure product success
- Present product strategy to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Manage product backlog with prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS or consumer tech products
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Aha!)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience with A/B testing, user journey mapping, and UX principles
