Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales) to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Market Research: Conduct deep market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Analytics & Data: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and measure the success of features.
- Go-to-Market: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to launch products and drive user adoption.
- Agile Leadership: Lead agile ceremonies, prioritize the backlog, and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of shipping successful B2B or B2C products.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical ideas for diverse audiences.
- Tools: Proficiency in using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and drive strategic decisions.
