Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our flagship SaaS platform.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and market analysis to identify untapped growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to launch high-impact features.
- Utilize data analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL) to track feature performance and iterate based on user behavior.
- Own the full product lifecycle from conceptualization and wireframing to go-to-market strategy.
- Act as the primary product evangelist, presenting roadmaps to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS or Enterprise software.
- Proven track record of shipping complex products from 0 to 1 and scaling existing features.
- Strong technical background; ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams regarding architecture and API integrations.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product discovery frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills; you are comfortable making decisions based on both qualitative insights and quantitative metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
