Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, defining roadmap and prioritizing features using data-driven insights
- Champion customer-centric design by conducting user research, analyzing behavioral data, and translating insights into actionable requirements
- Lead cross-functional Agile sprints, ensuring engineering teams deliver high-impact solutions aligned with business KPIs
- Develop compelling product narratives and executive presentations to secure stakeholder buy-in and secure funding
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and maintain product leadership
- Mentor junior PMs and foster product excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience with SaaS platforms, ideally in B2B analytics or AI solutions
- Proven track record of launching enterprise products with measurable revenue growth ($10M+ ARR impact)
- Expertise in quantitative analysis (SQL, A/B testing) and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Strong technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on complex architectures
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into product roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
