Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, backend engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for coding and documentation.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in both client-side and server-side environments.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for UI/UX details.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first culture.
