Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of microservices and cloud-native applications using Go and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Optimize system performance, implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural design sessions
- Drive innovation by researching and integrating emerging technologies like serverless computing

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with proficiency in Go and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring development teams
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
