- Translate technical capabilities into compelling product features that solve customer pain points
- Develop detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clear success metrics
- Partner with engineering to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards
- Analyze product performance data to inform iterations and strategic pivots
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a data-driven, customer-centric culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product analytics tools
- Strong technical aptitude with understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML concepts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams and cross-functional collaboration
