We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our core product suite. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex user needs and cutting-edge engineering, driving the product roadmap from conceptualization to global launch.

Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to ensure high-velocity, high-quality feature shipping.
- Conduct rigorous market and user research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product impact and success.
- Act as the primary evangelist for your product line internally and externally.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of launching scalable software products from 0 to 1.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Amplitude.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
