Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for web/mobile applications
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium, Cypress, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Execute functional, regression, performance, and security testing across complex systems
- Document defects with precise severity levels and track resolution in JIRA
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish QA best practices
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and drive preventive measures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and SQL
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Certification in ISTQB or similar is a plus
