Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions to solve critical business challenges.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large-scale datasets using Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business requirements into technical data science solutions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance to ensure accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and storytelling.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and Deep Learning to implement cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Predictive Analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and R.
- Strong expertise in SQL and experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, or cloud data warehouses).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
