Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from conception to deployment, ensuring strict alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate clear communication between cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) and executive stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and schedules using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Conduct regular status meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and team morale.
- Drive the adoption of project management best practices and advanced tools across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, specifically within the Software/IT industry.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project).
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
